4 Inch Drive
Yes, we've got it - if you just have to have the big one, here it is! All the same features as the 3.35" drive with bearing supports on a 4 inch wide belt. Go ahead, try to break this one. The lockup support covers are also available in 3 configurations, 6 hole, 12 hole and star pattern. |

Options, options, we've got options. In addition to the choices already listed, we also have the offset option listed below, we can supply all the parts (except pulleys) in a natural machined aluminum finish, and we can custom build items to your order. The Bandit Superclutch and Superclutch II Beltdrives are also available as upgrades to fit other brands of belt drive motorplates, call for specifics for your motorplate. Offset motorplates are available in 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" WITHOUT spacer plates or adaptors. Your alternator always stays covered without need for a separate trim plate. Custom offsets not listed are available on special order.

Offset front pulley inserts accompany the offset motorplate, and are broached to fit your sprocket shaft perfectly.

|
Three Sprocket shaft nuts are available, #1 at left is plated steel, standard equipment on drives where the nut us exposed. #2 at center is Stainless steel and incorporates a flange to eliminate the need for a washer. #3 at right is also stainless and has a decorative hex broached into the end. These nuts are compatible with other belt drives. |

BELT DRIVE SUPERCLUTCH KITS (open primary use only)
Includes the same internal superclutch components described under complete superclutch assemblies, installed in a BANDIT 8x85mm belt drive. Includes the following: A billet front pulley w/insert and hardware, an 8mm pitch X 3.35 wide HTD drive belt, a billet rear pulley with bolt-in drive keys and superclutch installed. Will accept but does not include a lockup unit see section 12. Please specify friction plate material desired when ordering. See section 35 for friction plate material selection.
NOTE: These belt drives are for custom installations by experienced builders and often require modifications to stock chassis and components. The front pulleys fit all splined Big Twin engine sprocket shafts, and the application description indicates the transmission used. Also available with kit front pulleys with a variety of tooth counts for custom applications, and with standard or long spline pulley inserts specify when ordering. These belt drives will NOT fit inside stock primary cases. No provisions for electric start are provided, but these drives will work with Tech Products electric start kits. See section 6 below for electric start belt drive/motor plate kits. For safety, we recommend the use of a belt guard with all belt drives.

FRONT PULLEY KITS FOR CUSTOM OFFSETS
Features a billet front pulley machined for an 8x85mm x 3.35 wide belt with sufficient material available to achieve up to Ύ offset. Includes heat treated tool steel insert splined to fit a Big Twin sprocket shaft, socket head cap screws, sprocket shaft nut and washer.
